Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of self-reliance grants provided to refugees;
- Consultation of clients on employment issues;
- Cooperation with employment centers (for obtaining qualification / retraining, searching a job, etc.)
- Search for alternative opportunities for refugees to obtain vocational training / retraining;
- Organization and conducting of training and seminars for the of vocational guidance and the formation of job search skills;
- Formation of a database of employers, informing employers on the rights of refugees;
- Monitoring the labor market and analyzes job vacancies for the purpose of employing refugees;
- Accompaniment of refugees to government agencies / employers;
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education
- University degree in social, pedagogical, psychological sciences (Bachelor / Master);
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in implementing social programs;
- Welcomed experience in volunteer activities in the social sphere (with children, with people who are in difficult life circumstances);
- Master the basics of enterprise economics;
- Experience in writing business texts in English;
- Fluent in Windows, Internet, MS Office
Languages
Excellent English, Ukrainian, and Russian (verbal and written);
Personal qualities:
- Stress resistance;
- Culturally sensitive, tolerance to people of different nationalities and different religious views;
- High level of responsibility;
- To be ready to irregular working day;
- Ability to react quickly in stressful situations.
