The realities that refugees challenged are the violation of their rights to life, freedom, and security. The ignorance of the language, laws and social conventions of the host country weakens their ability to protect and defend their own rights. Asylum seekers and refugees may be discriminated in their everyday lives and at work, faced with manifestations of racism and xenophobia, and also become victims of a biased attitude. For the purpose of constant protection of the rights and freedoms of asylum seekers and migrants, the ROKADA, in partnership with UNHCR, provides legal support on an ongoing basis. Such activities include:

– Assistance to refugees in employment;

– Legal support for access to education;

– legal support for the realization of the right of the child by name;

– Legal support for access to administrative services;

– Legal support for access to social services;

– Other legal assistance on social issues
