Responsibilities:
- Monitoring self-reliance of grants provided to refugees;
- Consultation of clients on employment issues;
- Cooperation with employment centers (for obtaining refugee status, obtaining qualification / retraining, searching a job, etc.)
- Search for variable opportunities for refugees to obtain a working specialty / retraining;
- Organization and conducting of trainings and seminars for the of vocational guidance and the formation of job search skills;
- Formation of a database of employers, informing employers on the rights of refugees, including on employment;
- Monitors the labor market and analyzes job vacancies for the purpose of employing refugees; Cooperation / coordination with partner organizations;
- Accompaniment of refugees to government agencies / employers;
- Preparing narrative reports, reflecting progress and status of the projects
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education:
- University degree in HR, social, pedagogical, psychological sciences (Bachelor / Master);
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR / implementing social programs;
- Experience in volunteer activities in the social sphere highly desirable (with children, with people who are in difficult life circumstances);
- Willingness to follow donor compliance requirements;
- Experience in performing business strategies in English;
- Good knowledge of legislation on health protection and social policy;
- Experience using computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
- Experience in handling of web-based management is highly desirable;
Languages:
Fluency in English and Ukrainian;

- High level of responsibility;
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills;
- Readiness to irregular working day;
- Ability to react quickly in stressful situations;
