Responsibilities:
– Organization of medical examination and treatment of clients;
– Accompaniment to medical facilities;
– Monitoring of clients health;
– Preparation of client’s medical documents for further evaluation health situation of client;
– Coordination with medical facilities about the treatment of clients;
– Cooperation \ coordination with partner organizations;
– Social counseling of clients;
– Accompaniment to government agencies;
– Conducting medical documentation
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education
– University degree in social, pedagogical or psychological sciences (Bachelor/Master);
Experience
– Minimum 1 years of working experience in social work;
– Is welcomed experience in volunteer activities in the social sphere (with children, with people who are in difficult life circumstances);
– Experience in writing business texts in English;
– Fluent in Windows, Internet, MS Office
Languages
Excellent English, Ukrainian, and Russian (verbal and written);
Personal qualities:
– Stress resistance;
– Tolerance to people of different nationalities and different religious views;
– High level of responsibility;
– To be ready to irregular working day;
– Ability to react quickly in stressful situations
